The Abrigo Amigo project was launched in 2023, with the goal of providing support and safety to people waiting for public transportation through live cameras and calls, giving extra visibility to those who are alone at bus stops late at night.

Recognizing the importance of the project, Claro joined in 2026 with the idea of expanding the service, making a major investment in the operation and installation of this technology in major Brazilian cities such as São Paulo, Salvador, and Rio de Janeiro.
